From Peroxide

The peroxIDE is an integrated development environment that allows you to work on your project directly on the server where it is installed. Currently this IDE is available for Windows operating systems, only as it is implemented in C#. A new version implemented in Java with more features in currently in the making, though there is no release date planned so far.

• Easily edit pages, snippets, styles, external files and resources
• Syntax highlighting for HTML, XML and PHP plus perOXide specifics
• Auto-complete for PHP (experimental)
• Works directly on the server, no manual download/upload

Installation

Installation of the IDE is quite easy. You need the following prerequisites:

• The Microsoft .NET framework redistributable (only if you don't have it installed anyway)
• The peroxIDE installation file.

Start the installer, then follow the instructions on screen.
